Diane was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! There was a great range of rose breeds available and Diane was able to rapidly match suitable sets together. She was very customer focused, accommodating and adapting to our needs and those of other customers. She was also full of helpful tips for those new to roses but she didn't waste time unnecessarily.

Variety of roses was superb and they were in excellent condition; the service was informed, detailed and generous with attention to detail, they listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me just what they had or more than I needed, then helpfully loaded my vehicle to avoid plant damage.
